College is a guaranteed stressor. Trying to manage your personal, social, and college affairs can easily take over your life. The best you can do is to calm down, prioritize, and bounce back stronger than ever!
✅ Make lists
Lists are a great way to keep everything organized. A helpful tip is writing down the amount of time you are going to assign to each task. Prioritize the tasks that will take the least amount of time.
✅ Set goals
Sometimes in the process of studying and working, you can lose sight of what you’re doing it for. A list of long-term and short-term goals can help keep you on your grind and motivated. Make notecards of your goals and stick them on your mirror to be reminded every day.
✅ Be organized
The most stressful thing is to cram the night before an exam. Please, don't! Allot a certain amount of studying every day starting a few weeks before your exam. Then, when it’s the night before, you can get a good night’s sleep.
✅ Ask for help
Don’t be afraid or embarrassed to ever ask for help. It is totally okay to ask for help from your professor or HAMNIC Solutions — that’s their job. They’re there to provide assistance to students when needed.
✅ Remember… The show must go on!
Stressing because just failed an exam? Trust us, it is not worth beating yourself up over failure. Pick yourself up, learn from the mistakes, maybe have some ice-cream, and then do everything to be better next time. You’re a master!
