Studying in the US can prove to be expensive for international students. There are many hidden costs of studying in the US based college that many may not be aware of apart from the tuition fees. Generally, the mainly known charges include tuition and fees, room and accommodation and books and supplies. There are many other hidden charges which students are not aware of. These may include the following:

● Meals at the school canteen or student center

● Laundry for students clothes and bedding

● Transportation for students towards specific events such as study trips and outings

● Technical and library charges for the purchase of library cards that facilitates the computing, photocopying services, Wi-Fi and smartphones.
