According to a study from New York’s Clarkson University, the Oregon Science University, and the University of Wisconsin, chocolate can improve the mental energy needed to stay alert 🚨 and think on your feet.
During the study, researchers tested a group of 24 students. Each subject was given a series of beverages: one with cocoa, one with caffeine, and one with cocoa and caffeine. Spoiler alert: The yummiest drink wins. ☕️
