Anxiety disorders amongst college students are caused by
many factors such as academic work overload, exams, and tests related demands.
Socially related anxiety disorders are brought about by peer pressure and
social factors, such as social phobia (the fear) that is related to social
gatherings.

Here are some of the insights on how to deal with anxiety
disorders;

1). Purpose to know the root cause of the anxiety disorders
you are experiencing: Every time you are faced with a situation that is causing
anxiety, you should know what are the trigger patterns and write them down.

2). Come up with a routine sleeping pattern to manage your
sleep disturbances or disorders if this is one of the causes. Sleep is a very
important factor in human life, and good sleep reduces anxiety disorders.

3). Develop and build up your coping mechanism and skills to
what triggers the anxiety in your student life.
This may include building up new supportive relationships and engaging
with activities that bring relaxation.
