within the college where you are learning.
1). Take a personal initiative and get a vaccination to help
spread the virus. It is said that vaccination is the best way of protecting
oneself from the spread of flu.
2). Take personal responsibility to protect yourself and
others through personal hygiene that includes the wash of hands and being
sanitized regularly and frequently. The washing of hands must be thorough with
warm soapy water with alcohol contents.
3). When sneezing or coughing, please cover your nose and
mouth, use a face mask or a piece of clothes. And at the same time, avoid, touching
your mouth, eyes, or nose while in public spaces.
4). Avoid going to crowd places, and if you have, maintain
a social distance. Physical distancing is a form of protecting yourself from
others who may be affected.
5). When feeling unwell, seek medical assistance immediately
for early detection, diagnosis or treatment.
