Sleep is vital for the overall health of human beings. This is because it enables the body to remain and maintain its full fitness. It's through sleep that the body is able to repair itself. Getting enough sleep helps to prevent excess of weight gain and heart disease. Here are 9 ways in which lack of sleep affect our Mental Health:

1). It leads one to impulsive behavior in talking, working or eating

2). It causes mood swings; this has to do with being moody and losing focus. However, the cost of all those sleepless nights is more than just bad moods and a lack of focus.

3). It can develop into  anxiety, disorders, worries and even stress.
