You need to take care of yourself!
1. Don't give up what you're used to. By doing habitual activities, we regain a sense of control over the situation and become a little calmer and more focused on the present.
2. Don't make predictions. Keep your attention on the present: react to real events, not hypothetical ones.
3. Strengthen your faith in your own abilities. Anything that will build confidence is worth doing. For example, cook a new dish. The very fact that you have done it will allow you to become more confident.
4. Avoid extremes. Add moderation: if you constantly check the news, then limit your reading to 30 minutes a day. If you tend to avoid the news, devote at least 15 minutes a day to it.
5. Remember what's most important. Who and what is important to you: maybe it's the people, the animals you love, or your life's work?
